India has come a long way since independence in terms of technological development, education, infrastructure, and last but not the least, on the concept of Women Empowerment. For the same, many measures have been taken which includes a set of laws which were intended to help victims of harassment. Off late these have infact contributed to the development of a minority community …. the community which I call as “victims of law misuse” … For this community, these laws are are a weapon against them and Human rights just chapters in some books. They pay taxes and do not indulge in anti social acts and are still termed as “accused” or “guilty”. They are born to feed their enemies from their hard earned money. No matter whether they are men or women, they are treated like none…. Let us spare some moments and have a glimpse of their minds and see what they feel ….
” We are also Indians, struggling for a peaceful life. We were born in a free country and grew up with the feeling that we are democratic. We spent our childhood studying about our rights as well as duties as citizens of this country. Like any other INNOCENT Indian, we were also born to innocent parents and were taught to abide the laws. Without a slightest ray of corruption, we grew up in a family with strong ethics and cultural values. Owing to this, we never cheated in exams, we never gave any “donation” to get an admission in an educational institution, we never bribed anyone to get a job, we started paying taxes as soon as we were on job, we never cheated another fellow human being nor did we defraud anyone of a single rupee ….. But that does not make us eligible for a peaceful existence. If someone unethical wishes to play a fraud against us, he / she can do that very well by a simple false allegation. All our qualities are ignored and lay hidden deep into the sea of litigation and we have to wait to be able to sail through it and reach the stage where we will finally be able to pull out the truth and get aquitted …..
Meanwhile we have lost our health, our peace, our prosperity and are being made to pay our enemies who are using our hard earned money to misuse law against us !!!! ” …..
